• Violation of agreed-upon boundaries and terms of service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their own conduct complies with applicable laws.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring confidentiality. Any personal information provided through this website will be kept secure and not disclosed to third parties, except as required by law. Clients agree not to disclose or misuse any personal information about companions that may be learned during the course of their service.
Booking and Payment
• Booking: All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by the website or agency. The availability of services may vary based on location and the availability of the companion.
• Payment: Payment must be made upfront, in full, before the service begins. The accepted payment methods will be clearly communicated during the booking process. In the event of cancellation, refer to the Cancellation and Refund section below.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients may cancel a booking with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. In this case, a full refund or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the website or agency. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
• Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that a companion cancels the booking, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule with the same or another companion.
Refunds will only be issued if cancellations are made in accordance with this policy.
Discretion and Safety
The safety and discretion of both clients and companions are of the utmost importance. The companion has the right to terminate the service at any time if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable. No refunds will be provided if the service is terminated due to inappropriate client behavior or violation of these terms.
Use of Photos and Descriptions
The photos and descriptions of companions on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the website does not guarantee that the appearance or behavior of the companion will precisely match the description or images provided.
Limitation of Liability
This website serves as an intermediary between clients and independent contractors (companions). The website and its operators are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or performance of individual companions. We disclaim all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or as a result of the services.
Clients agree to hold the website and its operators harmless from any legal claims or liabilities arising from the use of the website or the services provided.
